Event: Chain Stories 1

What is it?
A chain story is a story that is authored by many people. Typically speaking they are written a line or paragraph at a time with only the last line of the paragraph being available to the next person. That is a little more difficult in this setting, but I have a feeling the story will be wacky and crazy all the same

How will it be done?
On June 2, I will release the topic of the story, and then it will be up to the guild to write the story. Each person will write up to a paragraph in each of their posts.

Rules:
1) You are not allowed to post consecutively (someone else must post before you
can again).
2) Each paragraph should either develop existing story lines or bring in new
material.
3) Posts can not be edited, what you write the first time is they way it will be.

How will it be judged?
Since this will be the first of these types of events, and the intent is to bring traffic and participation into the forums, everyone will receive a participation prize. In addition to the participation prize the guild will vote on the person who was:
1) Most creative/imaginitive
2) Story driver - the story would have floundered and stayed in limbo without this
person
3) Gramatical Guru

OMG, Rain. I love you. I used to do a lot of forum games back when I was a bit of a junkie. This one was a particular favourite. I think we should have a forum game of the week / month / whatever!

Wow, what a great event. I love stories done this way, and hopefully it will bring a little traffic to the forums!
