It has started already. We have seen it with our own eyes. The song of the rune swords still under his command are terrifying. They strike at all we hold dear and true. We think we have come such a long way, but even our most seasoned warriors and heroes are as children before these terrors!

We were all resting, waiting for the frosts to ease so that the way to Northend to open once more. Yet in those strange lands strange terrors wait for us. They use strange magics unseen by our people for eons. Yet there are some now who have started to practice elements of these arts. Our guild is strong and we face many of the terrors of the lands we adventure within. Nothing could prepare us for this.

The first sign of the Liche Kings powers came in such an unexpected way. It was not an assault upon our towers. He did not storm our cities. He worked his enchantments upon those meant to guard our realms and ensure their safety and integrity. Those who work the subtle magic, that makes the grass grow, the sky remain over our heads and more than anything that protect us from those who would plunder our persons with their mind controls and tempting offers. Those who wear the strange dark robes and are known ony as GM’s. The Liche King worked upon their minds and hearts, all the way from his frozen throne. Until they became so filled with venom that they placed him in a no place. He is no longer in the sunlit realms the rest of us know. We can sometimes get strange messages from him, in the ethers known as www.silvermoonguardians.com. But we can not see him nor hear his voice anymore. He can not adventure with us. He faces new and strange dangers from accounts departments and the dreaded Customer Service Bots which seem to inhabit the realms he has been banished in. When he asked those who banished him there why, they answer him only with accusations and lies. Claiming he tried to use forbidden arts and secrets to subvert the world we cherish so much.

All our prayers are with him, our beloved and dear friend who has been so cruelly removed from our presence. There are many others who have been so treated by these strange beings. There are some we know of and that are still truly loyal to the peoples of our lands. But there seems to be a dark and strange inner circle among them who do not have the best of intentions and the denizens of our lands. We must fight them and we must find a way to bring our Gavdon and all the others wrongfully banished to that unplace, known only as Reality where their only access to adventure seems to be through a medium known as ‘Playdough’?

Yep. This is awsome. It'll be a real character, I take it?

?
I was bored waiting for the download so simply wrote an in character explanation of what has happened to poor old Gavdon.

If you mean the other one I wrote, how Ferrick Became Accursed. Yes he will be a real pixel and lined toon when WoTLK comes out.

Yea, I meant your older one. I posted this under the wrong one, as I had both open at the same time. Cool!

So what you're really trying to say Luna, is that you don't even care about me...

I am sure that he does care for you Gavdon. I think that Lunamiel is a little concerned about having the Butcher of Lordaeron in the Guild though..... even if it was not really the soul of this one who did it....
